The following photographs were predominantly made while Ben traveled throughout North America, Asia, Mexico, Central America, and South America. Some of these images required careful thought and preparation while others, like Ansel Adams once said, "Just seemed to be there waiting for someone to click the shutter."

Regardless of how they came to be, their essence lies in their ability to convey the silence or madness, or beauty or sadness, of moments that may have otherwise faded away.
